The lender you are working with uses DownHome Solutions, a third-party loan application software, to manage and communicate with you about your application. DownHome Solutions does not have information about your application or loans, so for all inquiries, please contact your prospective lender directly!

How to contact your prospective lender
Applicant Portal
If you have already created an online account, you will find options to contact your prospective lender here:
- While logged in, navigate to the Messages tab to send a secure message directly to your lender.
- Their contact information will also be found in the top right of your borrower portal.
Other Ways
Every lender will have specific contact preferences, so please check with your prospective lender directly. This may be by phone, email, or office you originally interacted with.
